The first Professional Women in Building council in Collier County starts here.

The women in this market already run projects, pull permits, close loans, seal drawings, spec finishes, and sign contracts. What has been missing is a room where they are in the same place at the same time, on purpose, with a reason to help each other.

Join us as we celebrate the women making an impact in building, construction, and the trades. Hear from our Women Who Build panel, then connect with the incredible women helping shape our industry and community.

$75 per person. If you are a CBIA member, your $75 also covers your first year of PWB council membership.

• Dianne Beaton, Owner, 2DiFore Marketing Solutions. 2026 NAHB PWB Trustee, NAHB 2014 Associate Member of the Year, 2023 NAHB Associate Advocate of the Year, 2025 FHBA Woman of Distinction.
• Michaela Reiterer Henning, Owner and Principal Architect, Hlevel Architecture. LEED Green Associate. Co-founded the Naples firm in 2010, focused on modern, sustainable architecture.
• Alexa Warner, Co-Founder, Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing. More than 28 years in the appliance industry.

Cali Clardy, Refined Builders & Construction. More than 25 years in the building industry. Chair of the CBIA Professional Women in Building Council and CBIA Immediate Past President.

Who Should Come
Builders, trades, designers, engineers, suppliers, lenders, and everyone who keeps a job moving. Men are welcome. You do not need to be a CBIA member to attend.

What the Council Does Next

• Advance. Licensing, code, business, and leadership sessions taught by people who do the work.
• Connect. Quarterly gatherings where you leave with names and numbers, not a goodie bag.
• Give. One local build or community project a year that the chapter owns start to finish.
• Mentor. Pairing women earlier in their careers with women who have already been through it.
• Recruit. Getting into local schools and trade programs so the next group knows this is an option.
