About
ThinLine is a Naples architecture firm working alongside Southwest Florida's builders, contractors, and developers to deliver permit-ready construction documents on schedule and on budget. Led by Carlos Barbato, a Florida-registered architect with more than 30 years of experience, our office handles new custom homes, additions, renovations, and selective commercial projects across Collier and Lee County.
We're built to be a builder's design partner. That means clear communication from day one, realistic schedules we hold to, drawings coordinated for the field rather than the portfolio, and signed-and-sealed permit sets that move through Collier County, City of Naples, City of Marco Island, and Lee County review without avoidable resubmittals. Every project accounts for FEMA flood zone requirements, Florida Building Code high-velocity hurricane provisions, and local zoning from the first sketch.
Services for builders and developers: schematic design, construction documents, permit drawings, site plans, 3D renderings for client presentations, construction administration, and as-built documentation. We're comfortable working from a builder's spec plan, a homeowner's napkin sketch, or a developer's pro forma — whichever the project starts with.
Bilingual office — English and Spanish.
Members: AIA, CBIA, FHBA, Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.
